Missing Icons for Setup VPN and also Hoxx

I have just had Windows 11 reinstalled on my Laptop, I synced everything over from my desktop but Setup VPN and Hoxx icons which would be with other add-ons are missing, I emailed both suppliers. I followed their instructions and found that both add-ons are enabled but no icons. I don't appear to have any overflow, no '>>' I tried uninstalling them but still no icons to enable me to use these.

Did you click the puzzle piece icon to check its drop-down panel?
