Primary PW not working

I cannot use mozilla as it keeps asking for my primary password and the one I have does not work. I have also lost a lot of my info in my tabs at top to link to accts. When I click the upper right under my email it says account discontinued????????

I have tried to reinstall a number of times and I'm exhausted. I'm not good at this (aging Boomer Grandma) Sometimes security goes way too far. Tired. Can you fix this?

Firefox doesn't use PW to use the browser. So did you logout of all devices to insure something is blocking the login? Login is mostly used to do Sync you don't need it to use the Browser. You also should get someone trusted to help if your computer if your not sure what sync is doing.
