Hello, Just recently the pull down menus on all sites including this page here, do not work. If I click the arrow the menu pops up & immediately disappears. I cannot choose any of the things listed in the menu. I have to try a 1st letter or number to see if that matches any of the items on the menu. Also, every time I use the CTRL button, the screen resizes! Every copy & paste makes the screen get larger, and I have to manually size back down to normal. I have tried the Firefox refresh, and it made no difference. Is there an update I can take off, or a new one that will fix these issues? Thank you Christine

Hello. If I hover over 3 items in the header of this page, menus appear and I can select items on them. This and the other issue could be mouse problems. If the screen resizes when you use ctl, your mouse button may be stuck. Can you try a different mouse?

The articles below may help with troubleshooting. If it isn't a hardware problem, a quick way of testing is to create a new profile. You can do that while Firefox is closed and you don't need to configure it unless you find it fixes your problems. I have linked articles about profiles as well.
