Doesn't display subtitles.
I'm taking an online photography course and need the subtitles. Firefox will not display them but Chrome will. I have both Reset Firefox and downloaded the newest version. Thanks

Firefox does load the WEBVTT file if I enable subtitles, but I'm not seeing the subtitles, so you would have to read the transcript.
No transcript on full screen. Regardless I need subtitles.

Looks buggy or shall I say just not well designed for Firefox. Tried in several versions of Firefox and Waterfox, bu no joy.

Yeah. The website offers no explanation; just says to go to Google Chrome. I did and it works fine there. I get the feeling someone is steering their customers towards Chrome. I've no problem with subtitles using Firefox on any other site but CreativeLive. Thanks
