Certain pictures in certain post do not load until I am forced to reboot the browser

On occasion, I notice some pictures in some facebook posts do not load and leaves a blank black nothing. When I restart the browser, the pictures appear like normal. Whats up with that?

Make sure you are not blocking content.

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?
