Locked Out of Lockwise

I recently was trying to do some editing in my Lockwise app. But when I started I was sent to a screen that asked for my PIN/Password. I didn't recall ever setting up a PIN for the app. Now I am locked out of the app with no apparent resolve for me. Also, I no longer have access to my logins and passwords that are stored in Lockwise. HELP, PLEASE. Thank you.
