I have edited you question to remove you account details for your security, but I do not think that this is a support issue with Furefox for Android. The support team at Empowr should be able the best people to speak to.

Hello, it's unfortunate that your reply came too late. I took an early action, activated the address presented to me due to the warning treathing i recieved from your team. I got head cut off already (my empowr account has been blocked).
