I have problems loggin in for my remote banking and have been advised to contact the site as the bank have no idea why it is this way. I need to fix it ASAP

when I try to log on to my online banking account with Allianz bank BG I get the following: Неуспешно установяване на шифрована връзка and there is no way to get to online banking. As the bank insist it is nothing to do with them I am beginning to be quite worried.
