I have no page setup choice when I go under options to change background color.

I am trying to print a report that had always been in color but for the past few months it will only print in black and white even though I have not changed anything in my settings. When I click the options icon I am supposed to have a choice of page setup. This is not an option so I can't change my color settings.

Is it a regular web page or a PDF?

For regular web pages, when you call up Firefox's Print Preview screen, the Page Setup button there lets you access the checkbox to print or not print background colors and images. Page Setup also is available on the classic menu bar's File menu, if you display that bar (or tap the Alt key to display it temporarily).

While the Options page, Content section, Colors button doesn't control backgrounds in printing, it certainly can affect how pages display on screen. But you didn't mention that being abnormal...
