On 11 Sept I got a marketing email from The Body Shop ...it sort of jammed my inbox and every time I deleted it it reappeared - no joke it must have downloaded and been deleted about 50 times ...I then worked out how to block the sender which solved that problem but unfortunately no further email have been able to get through ! When I press " get new messages" it tells me how many there are but then says none to download ...I can send from the account but not receive ...its very frustrating as I'm no techie !! Can you help please - I have Windows 7
