Suggest a checkbox be added to Options/Preferences to include this tab in home pages
Now that I no longer have support for the separate Options dialog box, and instead must open Options in a tab, the practice of setting up my home page by "Use current page(s)" on the former General tab includes this Options tab as one of my home pages.
I will use the term "Options" here, but it also applies to Linux Preferences.
The workaround is to manually edit out the about:preferences URL from the list of tabs to be opened on startup.
The average user should not be burdened with having to know how to deal with an unnecessary issue caused by the developer.
I suggest the addition of a checkbox in conjunction with "Use current page(s)" such as "[] Check here if you want these Options to be included as one of your Home pages." Unchecked by default.
Either that, or take steps to exclude the Options tab when "Use current page(s)" is pressed, with a note that these Options will not be included.
