Could you help to share the below details

1. Is it fully compatible with Exchange 2010 2. GPO AD Template for Enterprise ( free? ) 3. Security control Policy 4. Can we install extension / add on through Deployment tool such as SCCM , instead of directly from internet or manual 5. Any User guide, etc

Thunderbird is not an exchange client, unless IMAP is enabled in the exchange server. Or you use Davmail, or you use the exquilla add-on. https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/thunderbird/addon/exquilla-exchange-web-services/?src=ss

I have no idea about windows server and active directory. I last played with Microsoft Server software a decade ago.
