That is because you are on a no longer supported OS. The plugin check page doesn't take that into account.

You can also toggle these prefs to true on the about:config page.

  • plugins.hide_infobar_for_missing_plugin = true
  • plugins.hide_infobar_for_outdated_plugin = true

You can open the about:config page via the location/address bar. You can accept the warning and click "I'll be careful" to continue.
