I have my important bookmarks on my mobile how can i get them to desktop help

I have reinstalled windows :/ lost all my book marks on my desktop luckily i have them on my mobile how can I get them back , sync isnt working :(

The current Firefox releases (29+) use a different Sync version, so you need to use the same Firefox version on all devices to sync data.
