Hello mishagudel, what do you mean by incompatible ? do you have any errors ? crashes ? slowness ? hangs ? Tell us and we will try to help.

also, you have in your profile folder a User.js file.

The user.js file does not exist by default. If you create the file, forget it, if you have not create the file then delete the User.js file, to see if the problem goes away (some programs create and write in the file also).

Firefox 28 works perfectly well on windows 7 (millions of people use it every day), what isn't working for you?

it works for 64bit.i have 32bit.

hey mishagudel, it shouldn't matter if you run win7 in 32bit or 64bit mode - firefox is compatible with both of them. can you describe what exactly isn't working?

after installing nothing happens(nothing opens on screen). when i have checked the troublleshoot option and tried compability to xp sp3 on line the report is: incopitable appl.

can you try if you can get firefox 28 to run when you create a new profile or launch it in safemode (by pressing the shift key while it is launching)?
