In Firefox 3.614 netflix is not playing but says thaks for installing but says thanks for installing, why?
Noticed that someone had this same problem with 4 beta 7...other browsers are working properly, tried uninstalling, reinstalling but no go. This only started with the update to 3.614. Any help appreciated or must use Safari...Thanks!

I have a quick fix without uninstalling anything you can try these steps
- disable sliverlight plugin.
- reload netflix window , it should say something in the line
"you need to install silverlight" then you know the plugin-in is disabled.
- enable the silverlight plugin again.
- reload the netflix window
hopefully this works for you as it did for me.

I found a "fix" myself...downloaded Firefox 4 (so far so good) and no more Silverlight problem....
remember 4 is beta!
Make sure Java is turned on in your prefs under content
