Tools > Options > Privacy > Location Bar: When using the location bar, suggest: History The site wll show in the list if you visit a bookmark.

Sites that are bookmarks can't be deleted from that list. That list is dynamically generated based on what you type. If you do not want bookmarks to appear then you need to select to only show history items or possibly only items that you have typed. --- Smart Location Bar Remove websites from the address bar suggestions
