Cannot send nor answer, emails, again.
David from Support has helped me before.
I cannot reply to you nor anyone else, that is the problem. However, I can reply through this forum.
I have taken screen shots. When I attempt to transfer them to this site, they disappear, even when I paste them on to a Window document and try to send them in that manner.
The only information I can give you, which I believe I have already sent, is my STMP. It follows:

I have checked to see if I have other anti-virus programs. I have only Norton.
