Youtube audio gets loud all of the sudden
On Youtube audio gets loud all of the sudden. Wonder if that might be a firefox issue. It happens longest time, it is driving me crazy! Anyone know what it could possible be, I tried to google it multiple times, but didn't find anything relevant!

I tried reinstall firefox and various things since last time. I Am not sure if I reinstalled windows, but i did repair update and upgraded to windows 11 since and updated drivers etc. It is happens only on youtube, it is hard to test other browsers, because it happens randomly and i don't even notice usually, even it gets much louder, i tend to listen already loud so it is not good!
Open Firefox and play content that should play sound, such as this Firefox video. Click the volume icon in the Windows taskbar. Click Mixer Mixer. The Volume Mixer window will appear. Make sure the slider for Mozilla Firefox is not muted or at the bottom.
