Fire Fox updated last night and this morning after doing a restart none of my bookmarks were working. I entered the troubleshooter mode but now I can't get out of it and all my passwords and bookmarks are gone.

To disable Troubleshooting Mode, you just have to click the Firefox menu and select the Exit option. After that, all the Firefox tabs will be closed. Troubleshooting Mode will be disabled the next time you launch Firefox

What makes you think that you are still in troubleshooting mode ? The Troubleshooting Information you attached shows "safeMode: false".
