Firefox Update - Adobe Apps not working

more options

Since Firefox's most recent update yesterday morning I have not been able to access any of my Adobe Apps. I have checked that everything is update date, restarted my laptop, cleared cache history etc. Been in touch with IT and my colleague that uses the same account. It's not an Adobe account issue, it's definitely related to the firefox update on my laptop as that's when I stopped being able to use the Apps. Any ideas?

Firefox shouldn't interfere with your ability to start Adobe apps. Is there any error message when you launch Acrobat or other Adobe programs? Does a normal shutdown and restart of Windows make any difference?

Sometimes the Firefox installer might change your default program for opening PDFs from Acrobat to Firefox. If you think that happened, it's a Windows 10 setting. In the Windows search box, type default apps and use the Default Apps control panel to reselect Acrobat as your preferred program for opening PDFs.
