I am being forced to use google/chrome more and more as I cannot get into sites using Firefox as a browser. Most recently I tried to pay my Target account online and get getting an error message. I would put in my user name and pw, hit enter and the fields would blank out with boxes noting "this field is required." I did this 3 times--same outcome. It didn't tell me the credentials were wrong, it would just blank out. I went to chrome and put in the same credentials and after 2 factor authentication using email, was able to get into my account. This is also happening on the citibank site as well as several sites I use for work.

Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode {web link}

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?
