Size of Icons of the extensions, buttons, etc on the toolbar is impossibly small.
Linux distribution: Ubuntu 20.04 LTS Firefox version: latest
I really, really need something to increase the size of all the icons in the toolbar. The size of the text is fine, but surprisingly the size of the icons is ridiculously small.

This thread does not help me, because for some reason the value '1.5' decreases the size, and the value '2' makes no difference at all.
A happy new year to everybody.

And if you go higher than 2.0 (2.1 2.2 2.3 2.4 2.5) ?
What screen resolution do you have ?
Hi, thanks for replying. I tried out 3.0, and it made it too big. I'd just like to make it something like 2 to 2.5. I don't remember 2.x values making any difference, but i'll attempt it again when i boot back to ubuntu.
My screen resolution is FHD 1920*1080p.
I've been able to use the "workaround" in about:config to increase the text size on the toolbar, but I can't find a way to also change (increase) the size of the icons.
I thought this thread might also be addressing that issue.
Thank you.

Which workaround? The changes made by setting layout.css.devPixelsPerPx should scale the entire browser including icons, as discussed in the earlier-linked thread.
I did play around with adjusting "layout.css.devPixelsPerPx" - but to get the icons large enough for the change to be useful, the text gets too large.
I suppose I can just get stronger prescription computer glasses -- (:-)
What icons is this about? Is that only about bookmarks on the Bookmarks Toolbar or also about icons on the Tab bar?
Can you attach a screenshot?

- use a compressed image type like PNG or JPG to save the screenshot
Here's a screen shot of the toolbar icons I'm talking about. It's not that important to be able to increase or decrease their size, but since I can do that with the text font, I thought (foolish of me, I know) that accessing "about:config" I could do that with the icons.
Much thanx.
