Webpage content not showing up. Have to continually clear cookies and site data
I reformatted my laptop and reinstalled Firefox, and now certain parts of webpages are not showing up. For instance, on answers.microsoft.com, I cannot see "reply" boxes so I can't post anything. on homedepot.com, I can't see the tool that tells you the location of each product and allows you to text it to your phone. The webpages look "normal" except that the missing content is just... missing. I'm wondering if content is being blocked on other websites, too.
The websites appear correctly if I clear cookies and site data from Firefox, but not if I just clear the cache. The issue appears in "safe mode" also. It doesn't matter how many times I restart my computer-- the issue is still there. I have as much of Windows Firewall blocked as I am able to. I have uninstalled my ad blocker extension. The website page style is "Basic page style."
This is so frustrating. Please help.

Can you attach a screenshot?

- use a compressed image type like PNG or JPG to save the screenshot
Make sure you haven't enabled a High Contrast theme in the OS settings.
Make sure you allow pages to choose their own colors.
- Options/Preferences -> General: Fonts & Colors -> Colors: "Override the colors specified by the page with my selections above"
Try "Never" if the default "Only with High Contrast themes" isn't working.
