while in firefox and on facebook when ever i click on my friends list i keep geeting no connection
I am on a windows 10 pc and have firefox as my default browser and am connecte d to tje inter net by ethernet. earlier in the day i was able with no problem to go to my friend /contacts and click on their names and try to pen the chat box but now i keep getting no internet connection when i click on a name and try to send a message. have clear cache and cookies but still get it trried reporting to facebook aswell and getting info from them os like trying to reach to heaven. I am not sure if it is firefox or facebook
no i click on it and get facebook user thwn the name comes up is it facebook

It sounds like a Facebook issue. If no one comes up with an answer, try again later in the day and report the result. EDIT: It can take some time for fb to fix an issue.

Is the problem still occurring? I was suggesting you try chat again, not try to get a reply from fb. What happens now when you click on a friend's name in the chat list?
yes and nothing from Facebook it is still cheapening. I reached to Logitech as well they say it is a Facebook issue as well. If you know of away to get in touch with Facebook please let me know I have trie everything i know o try and get an answer but nothing. Thanks for your response and for trying to help

my firewall is being controlled by Norton
i have tried to configure Norton to allow all through firewall bit there are certain things blocked that i am not sure i should allow. Logitech has not given me any insite to this either
this how it comes up on my desktop i do not see the actuall video that i took my default os windoww media player only after i click on this do i see the nacuall video
I am not a Windows user. Does Norton have a whitelist to which you can add Facebook?
