Hi, I have a new computer with Windows 10. I use google chrome, ms edge and firefox. Now I have massive problems with Firefox that I never had on the old computer. I cannot download PDF files, error message: the PDF file is allegedly damaged. I cannot install addons, error message: Download failed. Please check your connection. There are general add-ons like GoogleTranslate, YouTube Video and Audio Downloader and AdBlocker Ultimate. Then I cannot play music via Bluetooth even though Firefox is displayed in the mixer. None of these problems exist with the other browsers, since everything works perfectly. Thanks in advance for your help

Let’s do a full clean re-install;

Note: Firefox comes in three or more folders on all computers. They are;

Maintenance: (Programs Folder) <Windows Only> Firefox itself: (Programs Folder) And two folders in the profile of each user on the computer for each Firefox profile for that user.

If you remove the Firefox folder, the user profiles would not be affected.
