I have not saved the error message, however, when I tried opening firefox the other day there seems to be an issue with dll. I can physically open firefox however the home screen never loads. I can physically search things in the search bar and suggestions will pop up, but nothing will actually search. I recently installed all of my driver updates and other windows updates as well. I also tried to update and uninstall/reinstall firefox. I even tried to refresh it. Yes, I am connected to the internet because I am currently submitting this on the same computer via google chrome. I am wondering if it is possible that there is something wrong with the file I am downloading to make firefox run. I am out of simple fixes here and could use some help. I wish I saved the error message, but it was something along the lines of 000.00012f. This isn't it exactly but definitely a bunch of 0s and a 12f or f12. Definitely could use some insight since I am a student with assignments due in the next few weeks.

Thank you for your time, BR

I figured it out finally. If anyone ever gets this message. I had to uninstall and then re-install Visual C++ from Microsoft.

Please see the image below. I get this every time I download. I'll type it out just in case.

C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\MSVCP140.dll is either not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error. Try installing the program again using the original installation media or contact your system administrator or the software vendor for support. Error Status 0xc000012f.
