Tried following normal steps for uninstall numerous times, nothing happened. Tried downloading newer version with no success because the old version wouldn't uninstall.

I don't know if QuickBooks is a 32 or 64 bit app, but if it's 32-bit, you won't be able to email from QB through TB unless you have the 32-bit version of TB, not the 64-bit version. Fortunately, there's not much gained with TB 64-bit over TB 32-bit.

There is another issue with W7 systems that might be necessary with your setup to make QB compatible with TB:

One other step that has restored send-to functions is to download and run the full TB installer over the existing setup, set TB as the default email client, then restart the computer.
