When I open firefox everything seems fine. But after using it some time pages becomes twisted. Yes I don't know how to describe, it is like glicthes in games. pages becomes very different and when i move the mouse things gets better and it takes time to be normal or sometimes it doesn't get better . To explain more I uploaded some screenshots. In first photo you see my twitter page is twisted and when I move the mouse some parts gets normal and some parts still don't. I use firefox quantum. browser is up to date. 66.0.3 (64 bit) I suspected from my GPU driver but it is up to date also. So I can't fix it. I have only 3 add ons. U block Origin, Tabliss, Dark Mode. That's all.

Hello,

Try disabling graphics hardware acceleration in Firefox. Since this feature was added to Firefox it has gradually improved but there are still a few glitches.

You will need to restart Firefox for this to take effect so save all work first (e.g., mail you are composing, online documents you're editing, etc.,) and then perform these steps:

  1. Click the menu button Fx57Menu and select Options (Windows) or Preferences (Mac, Linux).
  2. Select the General panel.
  3. Under Performance, uncheck Use recommended performance settings. Additional settings will be displayed.
    Fx55Performance-disableHWA
  4. Uncheck Use hardware acceleration when available.
  5. Close Firefox completely and then restart Firefox to see if the problem persists.

Did this fix your problems? Please report back to us!

If the problem is resolved, you should check for updates for your graphics driver by following the steps mentioned in these Knowledge base articles:

Thank you.

Does this only happen in Firefox? How often does this happen? Did disabling hardware acceleration help?

Hardware accelartion didn't help. I mean I unchecked it. I thought when I open many tabs this problem occurs but sometimes it happens with 3 or 4 tabs. I scanned whole computer with different anti virus programs and anti malwares also combofix. Tried so many things. Even at games there is no glitch. But firefox have it. I don't want to re-install it. Cause some sites can loose cookies maybe. I know there is a option to save them but who knows what will happen. Anyway have you ever heard such a problem before? Cause I can't find such a problem on google search. Very interesting actually. Thanks for suggestions by the way.
