In FF, under Privacy and Security, it talks about "Prevent Accessibility services..." I went to "Learn More" and eventually found that the "Accessibility Instantiator is UNKNOWN|" Also I did not put that line after the N in UNKNOWN. Is this bad? what is it and should (how) do I get rid of it?

hi, if you're not using assistive technologies like a screenreader on the affected system, then you should tick the box to prevent accessibility services from accessing your browser (for performance and stability reasons alone).
some third-party programs use this technology to hook into the browser - the most common ones are ByteFence Anti-Malware, Unchecky, RealDownloader, Avira Safe Shopping and a couple of others...
