I have tried to make payments on Lancashire County Council website - which I was able to do prior to your upgrade - and Amber Valley Borough Council, which I have not been able to make.

Such is very frustrating and disappointing.

Unless resolved quickly it would appear I will have to abandon Firefox and use another service.

I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible.
