I was downloading a Firefox update and it was usuccesfull so I had to redo it and when I clicked on it my old windows icon page popped up

with all the links and icons for the xp, vista, 8, windows. I tried to click on it but it would disappear every time I got off the link from the Firefox up grade. My question is why can't fire fox do something for us folks to regain our recycle bin and our old icon page back? I sure would like to have recycle page back

Hmm, Windows 10 created sort of a hybrid of the application tile page from Windows 8 and the traditional desktop from Windows 7. If you are having trouble with important icons missing from your Windows desktop, you might search around or ask on Windows forums for tips on customizing the desktop. I don't think Firefox can exert that much influence on your system. I don't even understand how it made temporary changes. ??

If you see it again, could you capture a screenshot? Usually pressing the PrintScreen key on the keyboard will capture the entire screen to the Windows clipboard, then you can open an application like Paint and paste it and save (or further edit if it shows sensitive information). After saving an image, you can attach it to a reply.
