The System Detail list next to your question shows the Flash plugin as Shockwave Flash 20.0 r0, so you have installed this plugin successfully.

You get a (possibly colored) Lego block icon on the left end of the location bar that indicates that the web page uses a plugin that Firefox is possibly blocking.
