Firefox 42.0 crashes when opening a Mail at Gmail
Whenever I open a mail sent from my University Faculty my browser crashes, I looked up and tried to disable hardware acceleration and Disabling WebGL, but none of that worked. Other example is opening a Google Form also sent by my University Faculty Heres is my crash report https://crash-stats.mozilla.com/report/index/c83e646d-33d0-48be-8340-c22ac2151104 can anyone help me?

I finally managed to fix this by manually deleting the "prefs.js" file inside the profiles archives at:
C:\Users\PROFILENAME\AppData\Roaming\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\xxxxx.default-xxxxxxxx
I think the problem was that every time I installed firefox from scratch, my account would sync my older settings into the new one, so the error would return eventually.

hello, can you try to replicate this behaviour when you launch firefox in safe mode once? if not, maybe an addon is interfering here... Troubleshoot extensions, themes and hardware acceleration issues to solve common Firefox problems
this is the crash report with safe mode enabled exhttps://crash-stats.mozilla.com/report/index/dc0f848e-f1c1-4daa-be69-cbe5d2151104

Having more than one version of a program may cause issues.
You must remove the older programs. Then get the current full installer.

That was very good work. Well Done.
