Bought a domain. Doesn't work. Gandi doesn't respond.
I'm beginning to think Gandi just takes money and doesn't deliver. Are you sure you want to do business with them? If no response, I'll cancel the PayPal invoice.

Sorry but 'doesn't work' does not describe the issue you are having in Thunderbird.
Can you access the webmail account ? Is it set up to use POP or IMAP forwarding?
What type of account have you created in Thunderbird - POP or IMAP?

You're referring Thunderbird potential prospects to a third party like Gandi that simply doesn't deliver. They take money and do not deliver a service. I don't think their thieves, just incompetent. Do you want that type of association?
Hi lexcharta, I assume that Gandi has worked for many users in the past. Perhaps there is a new glitch with the service? In order to get a better understanding, however, did you want to provide some more information on where the process is breaking down? For example, are you able to create webmail accounts and send/receive through a browser?
They are willing to delete the account and refund the money...let me know if they do it.

I don't think support forums volunteers will be notified of what happens with your account or your refund. Hopefully you will be notified!
