Can not access "Drafts" folder. Receive msg "There appears to be a problem loading the message list".

When using "basic" FireFox, can access "Draft" folder but when I upgraded to current version, I get the message when I switch to laptop from deskside I normally use. I do see count of items in "Drafts" go up and down when I create email and then send but I can not open the folder. This started on deskside computer about 2 weeks ago out of nowhere.
