This is on a shared computer, I assume.

Firefox doesn't have a built-in setting for disabling private browsing. One possibility is this add-on: Disable Private Browsing. I haven't tried it myself.

Hello to all

if you use an extension, note that every extension can easily bypassed in firefox safe mode, in firefox safe mode all extensions are disabled.

If you want to protect the kids, it is better to use parental controls.
