What it says on the tin, basically. I want to reinstall Firefox as if its the very first time I'm installing it, like it has to ask me if I want to import any bookmarks. Is that possible, or do I have to manually delete all of my bookmarks?

You can delete the places.sqlite file in the Firefox profile folder and also all JSON backups in the bookmarkbackups folder if you want to remove all current bookmarks. If you want to reset all Firefox data then you can use the Profile Manager to delete the current profile folder and all files in it and create a new profile. A Firefox reset will still preserve some data including bookmarks, so that wouldn't work for you.

You can use this button to go to the currently used Firefox profile folder:

To make Firefox ask to import data from other browsers you would have to delete the profiles.ini file, that registers all present profiles, in the parent location of the profile folder. You can import bookmarks manually in the Bookmarks Manager (Library).
