Firefox crashes
Dear Sir or Madame
Since last update I have terrible crashes of Firefox. No idea why, but it looks like once per time (even up to 6 times in 20 minutes) FF have a little freez. Just like 2 or 3 seconds. Then I can do nothing: after freez FF works for like 10 seconds, no matter what I do. Meanwhile the cursor doesn't change, no matter where I mouseover, even outside FF. After those like 10 seconds since freez whole PC stops and need to restart via brutal force (on-pc button). I see only 3 things every time my software commits suicide: 1. the cursor issue I mentioned, 2. on the death-freez (later one, when I need restart) PC works much louder, 3. since update I have problems with flash and Youtube, maybe there is a problem? Because it didn't death-froze with FF closed (yet). I would join my DXDiag to this mail, if I only knew how. BTW no idea why, FF didn't registreg any of those crashes in crash reports.

Wow, that's very severe. Could you try running Firefox in its Safe Mode for a while, long enough to see whether you get a different result?
Safe Mode is a standard diagnostic tool to deactivate extensions and some advanced features of Firefox. More info: Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode.
You can start Firefox in Safe Mode by holding down the Shift key when double-clicking the program icon.
A small dialog should appear: click "Start in Safe Mode" (not Reset).
Any improvement in stability?
While you are in Safe Mode, please disable Firefox's use of hardware acceleration to bypass any conflict with your graphics card driver.
"3-bar" menu button (or Tools menu) > Options > Advanced
On the "General" mini-tab, uncheck the box for "Use hardware acceleration when available"
While you are troubleshooting this, it might be helpful, to avoid unnecessary pain on sites where Flash is not actually essential, try setting Flash to Click-to-Play ("Ask to Activate"). This will delay Flash from starting on a page until you approve it.
To set "Ask to Activate", open the Add-ons page using either:
- Ctrl+Shift+a
- "3-bar" menu button (or Tools menu) > Add-ons
In the left column, click Plugins. Look for "Shockwave Flash" and change "Always Activate" to "Ask to Activate".
When you visit a site that wants to use the Flash, you should see a notification icon in the address bar and one of the following: a link in a black rectangle in the page or an infobar sliding down between the toolbar area and the page.
Not a solution, but hopefully will help a bit.
Thank You for fast responde! I'll make what You have told me, but I look foward to hear full solution, if it will be possible. Really don't wanna be in place where I have to choose between staying with broken browswer or change for other I don't really like. Anyway, I'll get the flash semi-on and start to work in private mode. Hope that will do for a while, at least.

Same here. After 2 weeks of utter frustration, crashes, freezes, etc, I dove into other browsers....and found Comodo IceDragon, which is based of Firefox 26.0.... but better. I can't even describe how stable it is, even compared to FF26.
The only glitches were bringing in my history and passwords. I had to use Password exporter to deal with passwords and had to export my bookmarks and history to Chrome, then into IceDragon because it could not do it directly. But Comodo tech support was fast and very helpful!!
Give it a roll. It's like old home week, but better.
