I am trying to change my password and now I'm stuck after making my secondary email address my primary email. Then a pop up says something about an email case which I know nothing about. This is the same way that I am locked out of all 5 of my googlia accounts. They would ask me to perform problem solving tasks that I know nothing about. Then googlia tells me lies that I let my emails & passwords get stolen. Now I do not have access to any apps or can update the apps that I do have. Samsung is in aggreement with googlia and will not let me change my samsung with a googlia email that I no longer have. But even if I get this FireFox mistake ironed out. Updates are not going to happen. I have never had an apple phone so I know even a lot less about that operating system. I will never again use a windows operating system. Nothing but bad memories. If this does not manifest into something positive, I'm going to learn how to use the Linux operating system. Thank you for listening.

I had to upgrade my phone and in the process the passwords were lost. Starting over. Now I cannot adjust thunderbird to get anything. It is supposed to go to an area allowing password update but all I get is a blank screen. Any help is appreciated.

I have managed to loose my password for Firefox. Had an issue a few weeks back with my computer. May have bee deleted in error. please help me to reset my password. I am a 70+ senior and these computers drive me nuts!!!!

I reinstalled Win 11 after a crash. I installed Thunderbird mail client and imported a saved profile successfully. When I run the program or attempt to send an eMail, I get a request to enter a POP 3 password. I do not remember it as I installed Thunderbird many years ago. An internet browse suggests contacting Thunderbird support to help with a reset. I have been a regular Thunderbird donor since at least 2019. I hope you can sort me out. Ich kann mein E-Mail-Programm bei Thunderbird nicht mehr nutzen, weil ich stets nach meinem Passwort gefragt werde, das ich aber nicht mehr weiß. Es gibt auch keine Möglichkeit, ein neues Passwort einzugeben

I can no longer use my email program in Thunderbird because I am constantly asked for my password, which I no longer remember. There is also no option to enter a new password.

Nach Aufrufen der Startseite werde ich aufgefordert "geben sie ihr Passwort für '[redacted]@t-online.de' ein. Das habe ich aber vergessen. Danach erhalte ich die Meldung, dass die Anmeldung fehlgeschlagen ist. Nachdem ich versucht habe, gespeicherte Passwörter aufzurufen, werde ich aufgefordert, eine PIN einzugeben; die kenne ich auch nicht. Es ist zum Verzweifeln!
