cannot scroll when finally got on email or southwest to book a flight............running loud...tried Firefox help to no avail...I just noticed that a change was made Aug 19, yesterday.........is that why nothing works now? I have a tech at Microsoft for help but not on weekends............

Crashed tabs and pages not fully loading.

unable to solve this problem via this error message: "The bookmarks and history system will not be functional because one of Firefox's files is in use by another application. Some security software can cause this problem."

I have followed the instructions and it worked temporarily and then got back the same message. I am unable to bookmark anything. Ready to give up!
