Hi! I've received an email informing about my upcoming VPN subscription reneval. But when I went to my subscriptions page I can only see "You have no active subscriptions" message. Does it mean that my subscription is cancelled and the email message is wrong?

The Vertical tab AI, where you can connect your AI, is stuck on my work email. Everytime I click to go to my premium personal account it opens a new tab to use the full view option, but i dont want that. I want to use the vertical tab version. The vertical tab version does not switch accounts.
I believe the VPN is blocking too many sites I want to reach.

i don't recall starting it and no longer wish to support you folks since you started down the microsoft road. previously, you had a great product that was easy and intuitive to use. now, seems like users need to have a degree in computer technology or be a grand master geek. i just want the d*** app to run w/o constantly needing to fix all the foul-ups and settings that your latest updates have caused! w
