This problem has never happened before. This happened in the last few minutes. The whole screen suddenly went blank while I was trying to find out today's weather. I am suspicious of malicious interference with my computer. Any help you can give me will be reassuring.

Hi. I run Pop_os 24.04 linux and have run the latest updated firefox for linux and the latest expressvpn for firefox and am not able to get firefox to connect with the vpn "on". It did work a week or so back but not now. With the vpn on, firefox takes at least 15 seconds to load. I've run the troubleshoot mode and it didn't help. Are there settings on firefox that could be the issue or is it a vpn problem? Thanks

I installed update 149 and since then, the VPN (NORDVPN) often will not start up and I have to restart the computer. If this cannot be fixed, I would like to go back to the previous version which gave me no trouble. thanks Brian

Firefox only works properly if my VPN location is in Canada, but I'm in the US. If I switch my VPN to a US location (where I live), Firefox often does not work properly. I get news, ads, etc., that assume I'm Canadian. And often a website will not open. I need my VPN location in the US to access any site I normally do.

Hello. I'd wriitten a few days ago about being blocked from firemountaingems.com I got help from Issis B. and was able to browse the site by turning off the VPN temporarily. Today, I am again blocked even with the temporary turn off of the VPN.

Is there a way you can show me easily step by step, how to exclude certain sites from the VPN permanently.

When I attempt to search on Mozilla Firefox I get this message from Norton, my antivirus software provider: "We prevented your connection to rini.drorinat.com because it is a dangerous webpage:URL:Phishing" This has only happened in the last few days. I am offered no sites - just this message from Norton. How can I solve this, as Norton does not appear to offer a solution, though I have messaged them on their site.

I have over 100 open tabs spread over 4 Mac desktops. I can no longer access ANY of them after upgrading to macOS Tahoe 26 and installing ESET Cyber Security Pro. I've used ESET with Firefox for many years without ANY problems. But now I have to choose between uninstalling ESET and being unprotected in order to use Firefox AT ALL. Every single webpage is blacked out with the message below. ESET support says that Firefox needs to issue an update to fix this problem.

All of a sudden when i sign in to Amazon I get this box: Windows Security: Please sign in to amazon .com: This request comes from Firefox.........: Never asked for it how do I turn it OFF?? I have no2FA in either Amazon or Firefox but all of a sudden i need to enter a Security Code.

"YOUR BROWSER IS BEING MANAGED BY YOUR ORGANIZATION"? THERE IS NO ORGANIZATION ASSOCIATED WITH THIS LAPTOP.

HOW DO I GET MICROSOFT OUT OF MY COMPUTER?

EXAMPLE: I NEVER SIGNED UP/IN FOR ONE DRIVE. IT MEANS THAT THINGS SUCH AS DOWNLOADS HAS A MICROSOFT TOOL IN THE FILE LOCATION.

HOW DO I QUICKLY FIND THINGS LIKE MOZ VPN TO DOWNLOADS? I RECEIVE VPN FOR FREE. IS THERE A SIGNIFICANT DIFFERENCE THAT JUSTIFIES THE COST OF FIREFOX'S VPN?
