Hello, I do not know if others have this problem, but when I try to access an Microsoft email account, using Firefox, it loads and then immediately logs me out. When I use a Firefox Private Window, this not occur. What might be causing this?

can not resolve repeated problem : "The bookmarks and history system will not be functional because one of Firefox's files is in use by another application. Some security software can cause this problem." Cánt not find "Refresh"

I have spent all day trying to get back my bookmarks after an update. Totally frustrated ......... how do I get them back? I am not at all computer literate........ elderly....... thank you

I can't delete the malware "Startfenster. I tried to find help with "Google"-Search. Without any success! This malware exists for me in "Firefox" only. Other browsers are not affected. Perhaps anyone can help me... Thank's!

When I have stories (articles) recommended through Pocket on new tabs that I'm not interested in I will typically "thumbs down" or "dismiss" the story. What I have found recently is that causes them to be promoted to me more rather than less. I believe it's interpreting my interaction as engaging with the content rather than not wanting to see it again. For example, I was shown an article on American football three weeks ago and I gave it a thumbs down. Later that day it was three articles. I gave them the same thumbs down. After repeating this process for days, weeks later I'm still getting multiple articles recommended per day related to football. I've never read one out of interest, and I didn't have any recommendations related to sports until the first one I gave a thumbs down. Based on that, I'm convinced it's having the opposite than intended effect. Dismiss doesn't seem make a difference. Please give me a way to tune the algorithm to what I actually want to see, I like this feature and don't want to have to turn it off.

I am not a tech savy person. My firefox crashed on my laptop. Now all my book marks are gone. But the book marks are there on my iPhone. Can somebody please please help me to restore?

Right below the search bar my browser has a warning "The security sandbox is disabled. Your configuration is unsupported and less secure."

I am on Windows 10. I have tried uninstalling firefox, removing appdata and all other firefox files and settings, resetting about:configs settings, disabling my BitDefender antivirus. Nothing fixes it. Completely fresh install of firefox still gives me that message. Sandbox level is default (9).

Any help would be appreciated.

I would like to know what are the best Antivirus Protection to use with Firefox. Previous information is from 2011 and I would like to get more current information. Thank you

Mid day Sunday my whole account disappeared and I had to create a new one. If this was an update I dont like it I dont have the time for this. Why did this happen. I have been a supporter for years and now not sure
