Mozilla Firefox is out of order and disappears. I try to down load it, but the message says that I need to find the Firefox version for windows 8 or 7 . My computer is on windows 10. Can you help ? Thanks.

When I could still connect to IMDb with Firefox I had other problems: Many of the links within IMDb did not work. In Google Chrome everything works like it should, though.

I use the Microsoft Defender Security portal (security.microsoft.com) in the Firefox browser. In this portal, if you click on the "?" in the top right of the page, a flyout window opens and you should see support options on how to get help from Microsoft. On Firefox, I get an error that says "You do not have access to this experience. Please contact your admin to request help and submit a ticket". Microsoft has told me this issue is not a Microsoft issue since this only happens on Firefox and not any other browser. I am seeking help from any Firefox experts to figure out why I am getting this error in Firefox and how I can resolve this issue. I am running version 147.0.1 (64 bit) of Firefox.

Hi, I recently had a situation where I closed my browser, and when I opened it back up all my tabs and entire session was gone. There was no option to restore via any of the common or traditional ways. This was honestly traumatizing because I've put so much work into the setup of my tabs/folders, etc., for work purposes. SO MUCH TO LOSE. I ended up finding a partial restore deep in the files on my computer, but it missed the past 6 weeks, which I could never recover.

I'm sure I'm not alone - I've seen many, many posts and people talking about this. I think it's extremely important for Mozilla to ensure that the option of restoring browser sessions remains a reliable one, as many people have important work info, etc.

MY QUESTION: Is there a way to manually set a restore point? In other words, I was able to find the files from the browser session, saved up until 6 weeks ago, but no later than that. So, it's clearly saving sessions somewhere... I'd think it would be easy to prompt it to save at that current point in time asking it to save. Anyone know if possible and how?

Every time I try to use my camera or microphone on some websites from on firefox it says can't detect camera or microphone? It doesn't show up with the 'allow this website to access your camera/ microphone' pop up it does with other websites. I went into permissions and manually changed it myself and it said it still couldn't detect the camera/ microphone

I can't delete the malware "Startfenster. I tried to find help with "Google"-Search. Without any success! This malware exists for me in "Firefox" only. Other browsers are not affected. Perhaps anyone can help me... Thank's!

When I select a text and right-click, the option to translate by Firefox's native translation feature appears. The default target language for this seems to be the defined by locale; for my case, it's always Turkish. How do I choose a different target language to appear in the context menu? I cannot see an option for default target language in settings.

When there are many tabs open, the displayed tab line re-centers automatically obscuring the open tab. Is there a way to disable this mechanism, or to insist that the open tab is kept visible? The current mechanism that obscures the open tab is user unfriendly.

I have various shortcuts saved on the shortcut page comes up after logging in. Its set to 2 rows.. I use it every day. Used it this morning and working perfectly. Been out and when I came back the page is totally blank. I've tried sytem restore to 5th October but makes no difference. I use Windows 10 and read that Firefox are continuing to support Windows 10 I'm visually impaired and use a desktop PC with a large screen. I'm not PC techically knowledgeable. How do I restore my shortcuts or how do I re create them?

I am using version 147.0.1 (don't know when last update) For the last 1.5 hrs I have been trying to restore the extensions icons as well as other, to the tool bar. when I close "customize" after putting them there they disappear, as does the "puzzle" piece I put up there. What is going on? I have read numerous articles on how to fix this to no avail. Only one character will stay to the right of the added search bar.

I am not a tech savy person. My firefox crashed on my laptop. Now all my book marks are gone. But the book marks are there on my iPhone. Can somebody please please help me to restore?
