See subject above Getting my old firefox browser back, or my profile back from yesterday. I was firced to select a personal new profile, but when I did I lost all my tabs and history !

When I try to download a statement from my bank I just get a blank page pop up. This used to work with Firefox and it works OK with Chrome. What has changed ...or is there a Firefox setting that is wrong?

How can I get Firefox to stop automatically downloading links? I've selected the "ask me" option in settings and that doesn't stop it. In the past it worked fine but for the last several months I've tried everything and it won't ask me what file to put it in. Now, every PDF gets automatically sent to my Adobe cloud (which I definitely don't want as I'm planning to ditch Adobe at the end of my current subscription) and I have to go through a convoluted work around to even be able to get it downloaded into the file where I need it to be. opening firefox why is it blank page. When I open up FireFox the page is Blanck the account tab top right dosent work nothing works no search just blank page why is that. Yesterday it was fine worked

Since a while, I think it is since I created an extra testprofile with "firefox-esr -P", but I've set my main profile as default again

When opening a link in another program than firefox I get always: a popup "Close Firefox" "Firefox is already running, but is not responding. To use Firefox, you must first close the existing Firefox process, restart your device, or use a different profile."

I do have both firefox and firefox esr, I usually use regular firefox the second came with the debian 13 repository.

I keep the esr to test display issues for reproducibility on my personal desktop, because I manage debian 13 kiosk-style desktops with firefox-esr.

(I noticed also that the regular firefox profiles can not be opened in firefox esr, so I use an extra profile for esr)

Hello, Every time I try to use acute accents on Firefox, it registers my input as a double input, leading to two acute accent markers (´´) appearing behind the letter. It works everywhere else, for example in the windows search bar, as well as briefly when I first start Firefox, before disappearing after the first few uses/minutes.

What should look like this (é), looks instead like this (´´e). Would anyone know why this is happening? To answer the question before it is asked: The only addons I have are Ghostery and Return Youtube dislikes and I have tried to type the acute accents without them enabled, but that hasn't worked either. I would appreciate any help here.

quick find, aka shift-7 sucks, not to be mean but when i try to type in my game im making it comes up as quick find, im using scratch and im making a calculator, please help me find out how to de-activate it.

In the past I've been able to print pages generated from websites, such as ... https://www.bridgebum.com/short_suit_game_try.php

I recently used a well know "cleaner" to remove broken links etc ... Since then I've been unable to print these generated pages. I can still print documents that I've created. mail etc so it's not the connection between my PC (Windows 10) and the printer (canon TR7560)

I've tried the troubleshooting ideas in FAQ. I've reinstalled (without uninstalling) Firefox but neither helped.

error printing a pdf thru firefox. it prints with edge. i am trying to report the problem. it fails at 7 of 33 pages and the printer que shows error. firefox latest version Military CF31 MK5 laptop Edition Windows 10 Pro Version 22H2 Installed on ‎5/‎28/‎2023 OS Build 19045.6466 Canon D570 printer Will print with either MS Edge or any pdf reader I tried...busy, cannot continue this It needs looking at

Either removing certain ones I don't care about or getting ones back I may have already taken out?

I don't see either of those functions any more but I swear there was a way to do it just a month ago.
