I can only enter Facebook between 0230-0600 hrs.. Other websites have the same quality. Software/Updates are up to speed. Have tried Firefox advice, 911 !!

Please elaborate.... Do you mean you can only visit sites at those times or only facebook?

If so you may want to contact your Internet Service Provider (Verizon, Comcast etc.)
