Firefox is running real sluggish , and I know it's not my computer Chrome runs great
It is running sluggish...Don't know how else to explain it. Chrome runs great so it is not my computer..Would love to keep using firefox , but will stop if problem keeps up , not worth all this

ok, from the description it is not totally clear what might be causing it, but maybe it's worth a try resetting firefox to the default (your bookmarks & passwords will be kept): Refresh Firefox - reset add-ons and settings
If I reset Firefox is that going to fix where flash player upgraded
no, it will reset all firefox settings to the default values (like when it was when freshly installed on your system, except bookmarks & passwords). the flash plugin is installed separately on your pc and will remain the same version.
We set my computer back to factory and put firefox back in new yesterday....This problem is only with firefox chrome run fine....Can you tell me how to go to Flash plugin any change what needs to be change so i can run firefox
