Do you mean the custom cursors that are used on that site?
Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of the extensions or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).
- Don't make any changes on the Safe mode start window.

Update: It works fine when I selected private browsing in Firefox.
So, what might be the cause? Many people experience this issue because website above is publicly available theme. This is absolutely fresh installation of Firefox on absolutely fresh MAC OS X Lion 10.7.3. No plugins installed.

PB mode doesn't use the disk cache and the current cookie set.
Clear the cache and the cookies from sites that cause problems.
"Clear the Cache":
- Firefox > Preferences > Advanced > Network > Offline Storage (Cache): "Clear Now"
"Remove Cookies" from sites causing problems:
- Firefox > Preferences > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"
I had the Amazon Wish List plug in installed. When I disabled it, the lost cursor problem stopped.
I have 0 plugins installed and in Firefox 13 it's still the same bug. Please fix that hardware acceleration issue between Mac and Firefox. It's very annoying. Also, cursor has problems with going from arrow to "hand" or "pointer" when hovering certain elements.
happens to me all the time, but the cursor returns if i go to mission control.
Same here, cursor disappears mostly when hovering images or form fields.
If I move it over the dock it shows up again.
