Hi! I recently upgraded to Firefox version 10 after staying with the old version for a long time. I noticed whenever I visit my bank's website, Firefox 10 froze and then I ended up have to force-shut it. After some experiments, I figured out that it was the flash plugin that caused it. If I shut the plugin-container or disable the shockwave flash plugin, I can visit the website and Firefox 10 wouldn't freeze BUT everything I typed in the website weren't displayed properly (e.g. Transfer Done displayed as Tr ansf eD ne) so I can't visually check whether I have typed in correctly! Once I reinstall Firefox 3.6, I can visit the website without having any flash issue. I have the most updated version of Flash. Any thoughts?

Hi drenaldi,

Have you looked at our Flash plugin troubleshooting section? There is a lot of useful information in there that should help you get to the bottom of your issue.

Hopefully this helps!

Hi Matt_G I have checked that section but it didn't have the solution that I was after. I have the most up to date Flash, I have checked which plugin caused the problem, but I haven't really found a solution to get around it. Thanks.
