Firefox, it keeps defaulting to a webpage labeled "whitehotproductions.com" Why?
I had to do a system restore on my laptop. Once I did the restore, and opened the Firefox web browser, it defaulted to a website labeled "whitehotproductions.com"...I have tried resetting through the tools option but it will not save to another site. Any solution?

Hy Mustang07,
Did you try resetting to default? If you read the article How to set the home page, it will give you steps to do this.
If that doesn't work, it may be a malicious program on your computer. Here is some great info on checking for malware for cor-el.
"You need to scan with all programs because each program detects different malware. Make sure that you update each program to get the latest version of their databases before doing a scan.

It is possible that there is a problem with the files sessionstore.js and sessionstore.bak in the Firefox Profile Folder.
Delete the sessionstore.js [2] file and possible sessionstore-##.js [3] files with a number and sessionstore.bak in the Firefox Profile Folder.
- Help > Troubleshooting Information > Profile Directory: Open Containing Folder

Deleting sessionstore.js will cause App Tabs and Tab Groups and open and closed (undo) tabs to get lost, so you will have to create them again (make a note or bookmark them).
